Important things to know:

  • All applicants agree that they have read and will abide by our Parade Policies.

  • All applications are subject to the approval of the Rose, White and Blue 4th of July Parade and Festival Board of Directors. You will be notified once your application has been approved.​

  • Space is extremely limited for groups, so the earlier you submit your application, the better! Load-in/load-out directions and more information to come.

  • Plan to arrive between 7:30-9 a.m. and be ready by 9 a.m. ​
